The regional office complex of the Israel Electric Company serves as their offices in the area as well as a regional logistic center. The complex consists of two structures that surround an inner courtyard, which creates a separation between two different functions and provides a green outdoor space for the benefit of the users. The main building includes offices, a reception area and a multi-purpose hall.
